Francesca Carelli is a Master Certified Life Coach and is passionate about life coaching. Francesca has a long career in the fashion industry where she has been fortunate to learn about most aspects of business management. Over the years she learned that she was very good at guiding her team in their jobs and their life crossroads. In 2016, she was in a personal growth and development program and began coaching as a volunteer and this turned into a true passion of hers. Her Passion has become her Career. All of her fashion industry’s experiences have given her the capability to be fully present during her coaching sessions, to be a powerful listener and immerse herself in another person’s world. She does understand the struggles, the pain, the anxiety, and the daily challenges of life. Francesca aim is to connect with her clients in the most authentic and vulnerable way to leave them with more clarity and empowerment in all areas of their lives. Also, an important part of this journey has been her commitment to pro bono coaching for unemployed people with financial struggles.
